I am happy to
inform you that the Ministry of Communications & IT Department of
Telecommunications has decided to grant Radio Amateur License to those
candidates who have registered with us and have appeared Ham Radio examination
in Regional Science center Vijayawada. After being completion of police enquiry and other related formalities Wireless planning & coordination wing has started
dispatching letters to the eligible candidates. We have been told already some
of the candidates have received such letters.
We suggest you
to immediately apply for the Life time Ham Radio License with all the related documents
and fee prescribed by the ministry. You can find all the information in the letter
itself sent by them. Any negligence or laxity on your part in acting quick on
this regard will further delay in the process of issuance of license to the individuals.
We suggest you to respond on this matter
without making any further delay which enables you to receive your license
early. We request you to inform us as and when receives the letter from the authorities.
