Lamakaan Amateur Radio team, Hyderabad to attend Ham’s “Karthika Vanasamaradhana” on 17-11-2019 Sunday, in the Farm house of Shri Chandana Kedarish, Vijayawada.

We are very excited to announce that Mr. Ashhar Farhan, the architecture of Bitx transceiver, which created sensation among Hams across the Globe, is now coming to Vijayawada on 17th November, to participate in the Ham’s Karthika Vanasamaradhna which to be held in Chandana Kedarish’s Farm House.
Mr. Ashhar Farhan’s continuous efforts over more than three decades of the period have fructified as a result of which BITX Transceiver has emerged as the most affordable low cost professional All band HF Equipment across the Globe. The credit goes to Ashhar Faran for making it possible to realise the dream of owning an All band HF Equipment even by the middle and poorer classes of Hams or otherwise earlier it was only confined to the affluent sections of Hams.
Along with Ashhar Farhan, about 15 active members of Lamakhan HamRadio Club are coming to Vijayawada to take part in the Karthika Vanasamaradhana. There is no doubt that the arrival of all of them will certainly inspire and boost the Ham Radio activity in and around of  Amaravati, the capital city of Andhra Pradesh which has emerged as  Source of Ham’s.
The number of ham operators in the country is more than 25 thousand people. However, the number of Ham's coming into the air can be counted merely on the fingers. There are thousands of Ham's who don't possess Ham Radio Equipment and hence unable to access it. Even though the HF ham radio equipment such as Yaesu, Kenwood and I Com, etc. are available in the international market but their prices are very high and hence are not within the reach of a common Ham. Even though, Chinese made VHF Walkie talkies and Base stations are available for cheaper prices but they are useful to communicate only over shorter range distances.
The BITX transceiver, designed by Farhan, has emerged as a boon for    those who want to come on the air by investing very less amount of money when compared to commercial professional equipment which generally, burns a big hole in the pocket. It has been told that the performance-wise, Bitx transceiver is very good in all HF bands and comparable to not less than any other modern Gadget.
When we plan to purchase any electronic goods usually, opts only for those products which are made in US, Japan or any other foreign country but we seldom shows interest to purchase "Made in India" products. Now, reversing that trend there is no exaggeration to mention many foreign Ham’s particularly from the US are looking towards India to purchase BITX Transceiver which is available for a much cheaper price when compared to any other similar commercial products.
Today, it is a fact that thousands of Ham's from US are researching and using BITX transceiver kits. This trend can easily be noticeable if we observe the uploaded videos on the name "Bitx reviews' from the USA. This momentous trend is really a welcoming development and it's brings laurels not only to both the Ham's of Telugu speaking states but Ham’s of Entire Nation.
