We are happy to share a piece of information with regard to
conduct of Daylong Ham Radio Training to the Engineering students of Vignan
University Vadlamudi, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh 522213 on 11-10-2017 in between 9
-30 AM to 04- 00 PM.
At the outset detailed
information on Ham Radio was provided with the aide of Power Point presentation
for 30 minutes. Later the training programme continued. At the end of the
Programme Dr.N.Usha Rani Professor &
Head ,Department of Electronics of and Communication Engineering along with Mr.
Sivaji Asst Professor, ECE Department attended the training programme.
Dr. N. Usha Rani, announced academic credit to the students of
those who qualifies in the upcoming Ham radio Examination, as a measure to
encourage ham activity in the University. I am sure this step definitely triggers
the activity among other students and it will pave the way to more & more
students to join in the future training porgrammes to become Radio Hams. All
the trainees were received participation certificates from Dr. N. Usha Rani,
Hod of ECE.
